To report GFS System issues or get help with a specific situation, contact the Help Desk by dialing 650-725-4357 (5-HELP) or submit a GFS Service Now Ticket. Help Desk Staff can arrange a time to work with you individually and even remotely log into your machine (with your permission, of course!) so they can see what you are seeing.
On the Bulletin Board in the GFS Center and on the How To page we will announce upcoming in-person training opportunities.
