Report issues
To report GFS System issues or get help with a specific situation, contact the Help Desk by dialing 650-725-4357 (5-HELP) or submit a GFS Service Now Ticket. Help Desk Staff can arrange a time to work with you individually and even remotely log into your machine (with your permission, of course!) so they can see what you are seeing.
In-person training
On the Bulletin Board in the GFS Center and on the Job Aids page we will announce upcoming in-person training opportunities.
